At Surfcloud Morocco, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely throughout Morocco.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Areas

We deliver to all cities and regions across Morocco.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Casablanca: 1–2 business days

• Major cities: 2–4 business days

• Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and weather conditions.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of the order.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Morocco.

Customers must confirm their order before shipment. Surfcloud Morocco reserves the right to refuse future COD orders if previously confirmed orders are refused without a valid reason.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, when available, by email or WhatsApp.

7. Delivery Issues

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Delays

Surfcloud Morocco is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Carrier delays

• Customs or government actions

• Force majeure events
