Return & Refund Policy – Morocco

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.

To be accepted, the product must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging
• With all accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used products
• Damaged products caused by the customer
• Products without original packaging
• Custom or special-order items

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except if the return is due to an error from Surfcloud Morocco or a damaged product received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.

If the requested product is not available, the customer may choose another product or request a refund.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
