Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or COD order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Areas

We ship throughout Morocco, including all major cities and remote regions.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Casablanca: 1–2 business days

• Major cities: 2–4 business days

• Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Morocco.

Customers are required to confirm their order before shipment. Surfcloud Morocco reserves the right to refuse future COD orders if previously confirmed orders are refused without a valid reason.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp, when available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

While we work with reliable shipping partners, Surfcloud Morocco is not responsible for delays caused by:
